Plans

Standing visits, plan by plan

A standing visit holds a day on the calendar so no one books twice. Each plan shows its term and its notice; the price is agreed with your booking.

  • Workplace day

    Every four weeks

One barber and a chair in a room you choose, for a team that wants cuts on the clock.

    • The same day and hours each visit, set with your contact
    • A sign-up sheet or booking link for staff
    • Setup, capes and floor cleanup
    • The same barber when schedules allow
    Term:
Renews every four weeks; change the schedule with 14 days' notice
    Cancellation:
Move or cancel a visit with 48 hours' notice
  • Care home visit

    Every two weeks

A barber on your floor or in your common room, cutting residents on a list the facility keeps.

    • One barber for the whole visit, the same one each time
    • Cuts in a common room or at the bedside
    • A family contact who can ask for a place on the list
    • A start time confirmed the week before

Staying flexible

How a standing visit changes

  1. 01

    Step 1: Add a person

Anyone can be added to the sign-up sheet or the facility list up to 48 hours before a visit.

  2. 02

    Step 2: Move the day

Ask for a different day with 14 days' notice. The barber stays the same where the calendar allows.

  3. 03

Step 3: Pause for a month

A holiday or a building project can pause the schedule. Tell us and we'll pick it up again on the date you give.

  4. 04

    Step 4: Stop the plan

Tell us 14 days before the next visit. A deposit that has been held goes toward the last visit.

Questions

About standing visits

How often can a visit repeat?

Every week, every two weeks or every four weeks. Workplaces usually choose every four; care homes, every two.

Is there a contract?

A plan has a term, which is how often it repeats, and a notice period for changing it. It renews until you tell us to stop.

What does the deposit do?

A deposit holds the day on the calendar and goes toward the visit. How pricing works explains the rest.

Can two buildings share a barber?

Yes. Two sites can take the same barber on different days when the schedule allows.

Hold a day on the calendar

Tell us the building and the rhythm. We'll send a first date.
